How do you charge the battery?
One Brace™ can be charged with its supplied a/c adapter (either US plug or UK plug). A single charge can last up to 2 hours!
Can you change the massage modes and heat levels?
Each of our One Brace™ is fully equipped with an intelligent control panel. The panel controls the heat, massage, and timer setting. At the moment, there’s only one setting for heat and vibration therapy. However, the timer has 3 options: 5 mins, 10 mins, and 15 mins.
Is One Brace™ one device that will work for both knee and shoulder?
Yes! One Brace™ is 2-in-1 relief support that acts as a brace while providing a soothing massage. It works for both knees, shoulders, and even elbows!
What’s the maximum circumference that the straps can fit in?
Our One Brace™ can fit knees, legs, and elbows with a circumference of 18 in or less. The additional shoulder strap also helps in increasing mobility and comfort.
